TLH Civic Association meeting – Nov 16

The Tara Leeway Heights Civic Association will have its next monthly meeting at 7 pm on Monday, November 16.   The meeting has two primary topics for discussion:

1. Presentation about the Arlington Consolidated Plan, by Joel Franklin.  The Consolidated Plan is the county’s five-year blueprint for affordable housing development, preventing homelesssness, ensuring fair housing, expaining economic opportunity, and improving neighborhoods.
2. Discussion on the proposed improvements to Big Walnut Park design plan (be on the lookout for a post on this subject).

The meeting will be held in room 108 (the Head Start Room) of the Langston Brown Community Center (2121 Culpeper Street, near the corner of Lee Highway and Culpeper Street).
