Family Fun Day – September 26
September 2nd, 2009 Posted in NewsOn Saturday, September 26, Virginia Hospital Center Foundation will host its first Family Fun Day. Family Fun Day will be the premier 2009 Fit Arlington event, working in collaboration with Arlington County to showcase Arlington as a community committed to wellness and health. From noon until 4:00 p.m., the Hospital’s 2 acre garden park and 16th Street (between George Mason and Edison) will be transformed into an outdoor festival, complete with booth spaces and three performance stages. This outdoor health and fitness festival, planned for the entire community, will feature health and safety information, health screenings, nutrition, entertainment, exercise demonstrations, performances, and much more.
