Local Crime Report – February 4, 2009

- BANK ROBBERY 01/30/09, 5500 block of Lee Highway. On January 30 at 6 pm, two masked men entered a bank. They were armed with a knife and a handgun. The suspects demanded money, received it, and fled the area. Both suspects were covered in all dark clothing including baseball caps and masks. This is possibly related to another bank robbery that occurred in the area at the same time.
- BANK ROBBERY 01/30/09, 5300 block of Lee Highway. On January 30 at 6 pm, two men entered a bank, and one of the suspects was armed with a hand gun. The suspects demanded money, received it, and fled the area. Both suspects were African American males in all dark clothing, one suspect was wearing sunglasses. This is possibly related to another bank robbery that occurred in the area at the same time.
- BURGLARY 02/03/09, 5800 block of N. 16th Street. On February 3 between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm, an unknown subject entered an apartment and stole numerous items. There is no suspect description.
