March Civic Association Meeting

Please come to the next Tara-Leeway Heights Civic Association meeting to be held on Monday, March 24 at 7:30pm in Room 201 of the Lee Community Center.   The sole purpose of the meeting will be to review the design of the Big Walnut Park improvement project and solicit feedback from our residents.    Thanks to the strong efforts of our civic association’s Neighborhood Conservation Advisory Committee (NCAC) representative, Bill Braswell, the Big Walnut Park improvement project has been put to the top of the queue for funding.   The original design of the project – drafted in 2005 – needs to be revisited and approved by the neighborhood.
