Home Show & Expo Brings Home Improvement Solutions to Arlington
on Saturday, April 21
at the new and multi-dimensional Walter Reed Community Center in South Arlington.
This free event will feature more than 50 exhibitors, kids games, a bonsai demonstration, orchid display, and free classes. County and non-profit agencies also will be on hand to lend expertise and advice on a wide range of topics relating to zoning, permitting, construction, and financing.

Whether one is thinking about remodeling a kitchen or bath, replacing windows, putting in new floors, waterproofing a basement, building a deck or a fence, adding a home security system, or other improvements., the Home Show & Expo offers a convenient way to gather ideas and product information, and meet contractors who can complete projects in and around your home.

The Home Show will also provide information on purchasing, selling, and financing homes. Several lenders who can help people obtain mortgages will be on hand, and representatives from the County will explain how their programs can help low to moderate income families buy their first home.
