THE LAST BEST CHANCE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO VOICE ITS THOUGHTS
BEFORE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STARTS

1. The next Building Level Planning Committee (BLPC meeting) is Tuesday, February 6 at 7:00 pm. This citizens advisory committee will preview the architectural concept and budget estimates to be presented to the School Board. Location is in the Round room at Reed school. Community participation, questions and comments are most welcome.
2. The school staff information presentation to the School Board on Thursday, February 15 at 7:30 pm in the Board Room at the Ed Center.
3. The School Board meets with the community on Tuesday, February 20 at 7:00 pm at Reed Multipurpose Room (tour of the site) and 7:30 pm (presentation by the architect followed by community questions and comments. All School Board members will be present. The community will be able to voice their thoughts directly to the School Board.
4. Decision by the School Board on Thursday, March 1 at 7:30 pm in the Board Room at the Ed Center.
